At Bella Bee Creations, each item is carefully crafted just for you. Because of the handmade, custom, and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review all product details, sizing, colors, personalization, and order information carefully before completing your purchase.
Each item is carefully inspected prior to shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing and inspecting every order. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at bellabeecreationss@gmail.com.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Issues resulting from an error on our part will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Custom & Personalized Items
Because our products are made or customized specifically for you, custom and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect sizing selections, color choices, personalization information, change of mind, or other customer-selected options.
Please carefully review all information before submitting your order.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Because each item is individually crafted, please confirm your size, design, color, and personalization selections before placing your order.
Cancellations
Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us at bellabeecreationss@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once production has begun.
Refunds
Because all sales are final, refunds are not provided except when Bella Bee Creations determines that an order qualifies for a resolution due to an error, defect, damage, or other applicable circumstance.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
